Welcome to 1st Line Sea View Apartments. These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to bookings made directly through our website. By booking through our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you book an apartment through other platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or any similar service, please refer to their respective Terms & Conditions. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking on our website.

2. Booking and Reservations

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion.
• Payment: Full payment for your stay is required at the time of booking. We accept payments through various methods, including credit cards and online payment platforms. Failure to make full payment will result in the cancellation of your booking.
• Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be provided. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your plans.
• Changes to Reservations: Any changes to your reservation, such as date changes or extending your stay, are at our sole discretion and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: Check-in time is strictly from 4:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges if permitted.
• Check-Out: Check-out time is strictly by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges if permitted.

4. House Rules

• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. A cleaning fee of 300 EURO will be charged if this rule is violated.
• Pets: Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 40 EURO. Guests must inform us in advance if they plan to bring a pet. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee of 100 EURO.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Failure to adhere to quiet hours may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
• Property Care: Guests must treat the property with care and respect. Any damage or excessive cleaning required after your stay will be charged to the guest. We reserve the right to charge your payment method on file for any damages or additional cleaning fees.

5. Liability

• Guest Liability: Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during their stay. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay, regardless of cause.
• Property Liability: While we strive to provide a safe and secure environment, we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the property. Guests assume full responsibility for their actions and the actions of their party members.

6. Use of the Website

• Website Content: The content on our website is for general information purposes only and is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our website.
• Intellectual Property: All content, logos, and trademarks on our website are the property of 1st Line Sea View Apartments and may not be used without our express written consent.
